Roasted Cauliflower

In the mood for a fun side dish?  Grab a head of cauliflower and let’s get down to business!

Ingredients:

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • olive oil
  • Herbs de Provence (make your own: Herbs de Provence)
  • Garlic powder
  • Sea Salt
  • Pepper
  • 4 cloves of peeled garlic

Directions:

Preheat oven to 450 degrees

After thoroughly washing and trimming the leaves and stems from the head of cauliflower, place it on a baking sheet (lined with foil if you prefer) and coat with olive oil.  Use your hands to rub it all over.  Generously season with the above and place the garlic beneath it.

Bake at 450 for an hour or as long as 1:20 or until well roasted and fork tender.  Let it cool and slice it in to wedges.

Looks cool so try it and impress your friends 😉
