This is a healthy alternative to chips or crackers. Full of nutrients, not full of all the junk you’d find in a bag of chips.
- Olive Oil
- sea salt
- garlic powder
- Wash and dry kale
- place on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil
- season with salt, pepper and garlic powder
- give it a good toss around to coat
- Bake in a single layer at 325 degrees for 12-14 minutes
Crispy, tasty and healthy. My kids think I’ve officially lost my mind.
