I recently prepared a pork tenderloin with these flavors and it turned out great. I prefer using organic chicken instead of the antibiotic filled variety. This is great for when there’s no time to marinate your chicken overnight, but you still want a flavor filled meal. Make a large batch and use leftovers to top a salad the next day as I did here.
- Organic chicken breasts
- sea salt
- cracked black pepper
Season one side of your chicken heavily (easy on the salt) and place seasoned side down on the grill on medium heat. Grill for 3-4 minutes, flip over and season the other side the same. Grill another 3-6 minutes depending on the thickness of you chicken.
