
Here’s a great, do-anywhere workout that will get your fire burning. In conjunction with one another, these multi-joint movements will hit many muscles and will definitely give you a great cardio workout as well. After a proper warmup, complete in this sequence.
Workout:
Timer: 3-4 rounds 45 seconds work/ 15 seconds rest
- Arc Press Alt Staggered Stance Squat
- Right Side lunge
- Left Side Lunge
- Sandbag Sit-ups
- Lunge to knee press

Place sandbag on right shoulder and step back with left foot

Squat down and switch bag to left shoulder at top position. Continue alternating bag up and over throughout exercise

Side lunge to the right

Clean the bag up using neutral grip handles then lung out to the right.

Return to starting position and repeat on right until timer beeps

Starting position Neutral grip handles lunge to the left side

Lunge to the left and return to starting position and continue on left side until timer beeps

Place sandbag on shins

Sit up and rise towards ceiling with each sit-up

Starting Position-Clean bag to chest using neutral grip handles

Step over mat and rest your knee on it

Rest other knee on mat

Press bag overhead then lower and return to standing position
