Ingredients:
pork tenderloin
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
1-2 tbsp chipotle peppers
1/2 c olive oil
1/4 c chocolate infused balsamic vinegar
Directions:
Combine all ingredient and marinate in an airtight container of ziploc bag overnight.
Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until internal temp reaches 150. Let rest for 5-7 minutes before slicing.
