Chocolate Chipotle Pork Tenderloin

May sound strange, but I promise it’ll be a hit at your next gathering.  Football season is nearly here, try this on the grill or in the oven for a real hit.  The sweet and the smoky flavoring pair well together on this dish!

pork tenderloin
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
1-2 tbsp chipotle peppers
1/2 c olive oil
1/4 c chocolate infused balsamic vinegar


Combine all ingredient and marinate in an airtight container of ziploc bag overnight.

Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until internal temp reaches 150.  Let rest for 5-7 minutes before slicing.
