It’s Sunday morning, I grab my sandbag and a jump rope and head outside for my workout. I decide on walking lunges to attack my legs today. Caution, this workout is lower body heavy today but also great cardio.
Here’s the breakdown:
Repeat this circuit for 5-7 times
- 30-40 overhead sandbag walking lunges (20 lbs of water)
- 100 high knees with jump rope
You will be a hot, sweaty, mutha when complete. Especially if you live in the desert where it will be 111 degrees today. Good thing I did this at 7:30 in the morning. It was only 100. 🙂
