If you are ever feeling like things aren’t going your way, maybe you are too busy making excuses. I’m too tired, hungry, lazy, uninspired, etc. Maybe you should make the conscious decision to just get after whatever it is that ails you and attack it. For when it is all said and done, you will have conquered a workout, a fear or whatever it is. This is when you feel on top of the world. While getting the inspiration to get a move on may come from someone or something else, getting the motivation to push yourself comes from within.
When I’m on the go or traveling, I refuse to miss a workout even if it means I’m jumping around like an ass doing a bodyweight workout at a park. Like the above for example.
Whatever it takes…just be willing to do it!
