1-2 frozen bananas
1 scoop of your favorite protein powder
Add ins (optional)
and anything else you can dream of!
In a blender, combine frozen bananas and any other ingredients you choose. Blend until creamy and smooth! Easy way to be grain free, gluten free (depending on what you add) and lactose free!
