Cauliflower Rice

1 head cauliflower
1-2 tbsp coconut oil
1tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp onion
1 tsp smoked paprika
Rough chop cauliflower and pulse in a food processor until the size of a grain of rice.  Transfer to a pan coated with coconut oil on medium heat and cook for 5 minutes until tender.  Serve in place of rice or pasta with you next entree.
