Bored with the same old gym workout? Need something new and exciting to add into your training routine?  Have you every played around with kettlebells?  If not, I suggest you give it a shot.  This quick workout will jump start your metabolism and leave you a sweaty mess all in just 20 minutes.  Ready? Btw-there is another version of goblet squats done holding a glass of wine, care of my friend Jon-Erik Kawamoto.  Those are my preference, but trying to be a good role model when possible especially during my season.

5 round 45 seconds work 15 seconds rest

*if the 45 seconds is too difficult, modify to your fitness level

After warming up for 5 minutes, complete the following:

  • Goblet Squats
  • Plank Jacks
  • Kettlebell Swings
  • Mountain Climbers
