Workout:

5 rounds 10  seconds rest 50 seconds work

Staggered Clean and Press

Sandbag Weighted Abs

Overhead Chop

Power the bag up and over your head.  Put the brakes on once your elbows hit a 90 degree angle.  Reverse the move and go back into a squat position while lowering back to fronts of your shins.  Similar to a sandbag or kettlebell swing with the addition of the behind the head swing.

Just curious how much your sandbag weighs? Do you change the weight when doing the crunches?

My sandbag is currently filled with 25 lbs of water, which I did use for crunches as well 🙂 Use a weight most comfortable for you and your strength.
